Every Starlet worth her salt has a signature fragrance.  It’s that scent that just defines who you are (or who you want to be that given day).  But if you don’t have a go-to perfume that doesn’t mean that you can’t be a glamorous Everyday Starlet.  You just need to do some research.  So I’m sharing my top tips for how to find your signature scent…
