Best & Worst Lip Liners Review & Try On | Drugstore & High End

I used to be obsessed with lip liners.  Back in the 90s when I first started learning about makeup, no one in their right mind would wear even lip balm without lining your lips first (okay maybe that was just me).  I would wear liner by itself, or under a gloss.  It was a daily staple.  Then one day it seemed lip liner disappeared.  No one used it anymore, and it was marked as an “unnecessary” step in your makeup routine.  Now, you can blame the current 90s trends, the makeup industry, or even Kylie Jenner, but lip liners are back in a big way and I could not be more excited!  So that’s why I have collected a ton of them and I’m bringing you this Best & Worst Lip Liners Review & Try On of Drugstore & High End brands…

Pinning is Glamorous!
