Forever 21 Mauve blouse, pearls and gold, over the knee boots

Mauve has always been a tricky color for me to wear… due to my platinum hair and skin-so-pale-you-can-see-my-spleen, I can look washed out very easily.  But I fell in love with this blouse and became determined to make it work.  I added jeans, over-the-knee brown boots, and a whimsical necklace.  All that combined with a mauve lip, which will soon be the new “it” lip color now that the 90s are coming back….
