If there is anything I’ve learned from my favorite books, The Bombshell Manual of Style, is that Bombshells love Ambrosia…. and they also love animals. So this vegan ambrosia is perfect. I used this recipe, but I omitted the marshmallows because I couldn’t find vegan ones in my grocery store… I didn’t miss them. This is a great recipe to bring for a potluck, especially in the summer.
