May 28, 2015 at 11:05 am (8 years ago)I don’t know if it’s the BEST primer, but my skin is so sensitive, so it’s the only one I’ve found that doesn’t irritate my skin and make me break out… I’m trying out some others, and I’ll be sure to post my findings 🙂
